Kung Fu Kitchen was voted New York's Best Steamed Buns and Hand-Pulled Noodles Restaurant. The restaurants are venturing into Long Island following success at their original locations in Hell's Kitchen Manhattan. Each Steamed buns (xiao long bao) and every bowl of Ramen are freshly handmade every day. The logo was already created by the previous graphic designer.

Design Process and Layout

Design Process and Layout

Design Concept: To incorporate the traditional Chinese landscape ink painting as the background. The Design layout was based on the three-column structures. The color choice was consist of using mainly black, grey and white. All images were provided by the client. Every bowl of Ramen is freshly handmade every day. The hand-making process involves taking a lump of dough and repeatedly stretching it to produce many strands of thin, long noodles. Literally, lā, (拉) means to pull or stretch, while miàn (麵) means noodle. The bottom photo has demonstrated the process of making noodles. Photo Credit: Unknown.

Design Concept: A restaurant poster with mouthwatering food images may make the customer feel hungry at the sight of it. It not only displays the information of the specialties but also can stimulate the buying appetites.

Loyality Card / Businese Card Design

The purpose of designing a customer loyalty cards are used by businesses to encourage customers to return to their store for repeat business. When customers receive the loyalty card, they get a stampef for every purchase they make. After a certain number of stamps the customer receives a special deal or discount. 
Design Concept: The Front page - Rules and terms of the loyality card. Information including of what the business has offer. On the Back page - The clients want to want to work with the co-exist employee shirt design. Overall, contact information about the businese.
